We are planning a fun evening of entertainment and education in order to raise funds for our actions.  See below for more details!  Join our committee lead by Chef David Stein to help make the night one to remember!

We have renamed the NYPAC instagram NYMHA_ and have deleted the NY4MHA account.

We are excited to hear that Vermont and New Mexico are also considering permit model bills.  We are in discussion with advocates and lawmakers about A10375 and how it can be adapted by other states.

We have formed a Psychedelic Group Adjacent coalition called New Yorkers for Wellness Options (NYWO).  Do you have a group that is interested in coming together in solidarity to create legal psilocybin access?  Let us know!  We are joined together with the Brooklyn Psychedelic Society, Psychedelic Sisterhood, Psychedelic Assembly, Psychedelic Society of Western New York, Darkhei Rephua, and the Hudson Valley Psychedelic Society so far!

The “Talking points to use with family & friends” have been finished and are posted on our website here: TALKING POINTS.  Discussing Psilocybin use and why it is important and necessary to create legal access is one of the most important (and easiest) things you can do to help!
